Angebot — a written offer. Kostenvoranschlag — an estimate that can still move. Rechnung — the invoice. Anzahlung — money asked before the work. Anfahrt — the trip to you.
MwSt. — VAT, usually 19% on this kind of work. Meisterbetrieb — a business headed by a master craftsperson. Handwerksrolle — the chamber's register of trades. Notdienst — an emergency call-out. Termin — an appointment.
Vermieter — the landlord. Mieter — the tenant. Hausverwaltung — the building manager. Kleinreparatur — a small repair. If your lease shifts those to you, the cap is the figure written in that lease.
