Permission before the firm
In München the usual order is the planner or the permit, then the firm. In a listed street the bars and the colour of a window may already be fixed. Calling three firms first only produces three different projects.

Fenster window, Dachausbau loft conversion, Schallschutz sound insulation, Gerüst scaffold. On a main road, ask for the sound class, not only the U-value.

These city lists do not carry a euro table for windows. Ask for a written Angebot with scaffold, disposal and VAT on separate lines.
