Write the scope
A single monthly figure is not comparable. Name the stair area, the interval, winter service, and the ceiling for small repairs. Above that ceiling the association calls a plumber or an electrician.

Buildings differ inside one city
A Berlin estate and a courtyard house are two scopes. A Frankfurt tower is not a multiplied old house. Describe the building you have, then ask for the fee.
