Privacy

This note covers handwerknah.com. There is no account, no payment and no advertising. Statistics run only if you agree.

Who is responsible

The operator of this website is responsible for personal data. The name and a full postal address will be added on the Impressum once they are known. That page is in German. Nothing on this page invents a company name or a register number.

Contact for privacy questions: support@handwerknah.com.

What we process

There is no enquiry form, no newsletter and no login.

Opening a page produces connection data: IP address, time, address requested, user agent. Hosting and delivery run through Cloudflare (hosting and CDN). Basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, running the site.

If you email support@handwerknah.com we process the sender address, the content and technical metadata in order to reply.

Business cards publish contacts the firm has already made public: name, address, phone, email and, where it exists, a website. You can ask for a correction.

Your choice about measurement is stored in this browser (localStorage, key hn-consent).

Audience measurement

  1. We count page views and clicks only after you agree.
  2. We store the full IP address. From the IP we derive the city. The IP is not shortened and not masked.
  3. We also store the address opened, the time, the referrer and coarse device data.
  4. Raw data is kept for at most 25 months.
  5. The purpose is to see which pages are used. No advertising, no sale, no advertising profiles.
  6. The basis is your consent: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG.
  7. Measurement runs on this same website. Hosting and delivery are through Cloudflare (hosting and CDN).
  8. You can stop measurement in this browser at any time. The button sets the choice to refused and stops counting.

Without consent there is no measurement.

Cookies and similar storage

Without consent we set no statistics cookies. The choice itself stays in localStorage under hn-consent. We do not load Google Fonts, Google Analytics, social plugins or advertising pixels. Fonts are on this server.

Recipients

Recipients are Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), email, and — only after consent — the counter on this same domain. Nothing is sent to an advertising network. Cloudflare may process data in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on an appropriate safeguard such as standard contractual clauses. The operator's full identity will match the Impressum once that page is complete.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time. Processing that already happened stays lawful.

Firms that want a card corrected or removed: see About. The aim is to handle that within 48 hours of knowing about it.

You can complain to a supervisory authority. There is no automated decision, including profiling, of the kind Art. 22 GDPR describes.
