What to ask for on a quote

Lines that make three offers comparable.

Three written offers

Ask for an Angebot, a written offer, not a verbal total. Collect three for the same scope. The lowest last line is useless when one sheet has scaffolding and the other has hidden it inside a round number.

Lines worth having

Labour. Materials, with a quantity. Scaffolding or a lift, in days or hours. Disposal. Travel (Anfahrt). VAT (MwSt.) shown separately, not buried. Whether an old boiler, an old covering or a wet wall is included or excluded.

If the sheet says Kostenvoranschlag, treat it as an estimate that can still move. An Angebot is the offer you can accept. Ask which one you were sent.

Dates on the numbers on our lists

Where a city list shows a euro range, it is the market observation printed on the German list for that city, dated 2026, and it is not an offer. Most lists on this site have no euro range at all. Do not turn a missing table into a guessed price.
