Fuse wire, the owners' association, old risers

Many Berlin buildings still have fuse wire and shared risers. A new cooker circuit or a wall-box often ends in the cellar board of the Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaft. Without the building manager, the card on this page cannot start that job.

This page has no separate city table for the hourly rate. Old cable under plaster is something to test before you guess a price. Boards in Marzahn and Hellersdorf are newer; the risers and the meter cupboards in the stair are long. In Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf the work often splits between the flat and the shared board.
